LOGAN ARCHITECTURE

Established in 1992, Logan Architecture is based in Breckland and covers the whole of Norfolk.

Our main area of work is in the residential sector with new houses, extensions, alterations and barn conversions.

We have undertaken work for the local Education Authority, providing additional classrooms and facilities for schools.

We have also carried out work for Norfolk Social Services, providing facilities and additional accommodation for disabled people in their own homes.

We have a particular interest in historic buildings and Building Conservation and have worked on several period properties and listed buildings over the past few years. In parallel with this has been a growing interest and involvement with ecological architecture and sustainable development.

Logan Architecture is a Partner with Breckland Council Building Control under the Partner Authority Scheme, which ensures continuity and liaison throughout Norfolk. Planning and Building Regulations legislation is becoming increasingly complex and involved.. The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, of which Logan architecture is a full member, requires that it's members undertake a programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). We undertake to keep up to date with all issues that affect the architectural profession.

We use computer aided design (CAD) on all projects.

If you require informal advice we offer a no-obligation initial on-site consultation

We aim to provide a full professional service to our clients, paying particular attention to obtaining a clear understanding of their requirements and the bringing this to realisation through the design process, preparation of working drawings and construction on site. We pay particular attention to the details of construction and finishes which can make such a difference to even the smallest project.
